Purpose
This site presents the Unstoppable Coach event and allows you to express interest in taking part. Filling in the reservation form does not, in itself, constitute a confirmed registration and does not oblige you to pay: registration is only completed after contact and express confirmation by both parties.
Price and payment
The price of each edition, the conditions and the payment plans are communicated at the time of contact, before any commitment.
Right of withdrawal
In distance contracts, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. This right does not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period of performance, which may cover this event. The specific conditions for cancelling and transferring a registration are given in writing before confirmation.
Changes
The organisers reserve the right to change dates, venue or trainers in cases of force majeure, informing those registered as far in advance as possible and refunding the amount paid should the participant not accept the change.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL), the consumer arbitration body with territorial jurisdiction over the registered address above: Rua dos Douradores 116, 2.º, 1100-207 Lisboa, Portugal, telephone +351 218 807 030, www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt. Governing law
Portuguese law applies.
