Who handles your data

What we collect, and why

When you reserve a place, we collect your name, email, mobile number and the edition you are interested in. We use this data to contact you about the Unstoppable Coach, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, including details, conditions, deadlines, prices and future editions, and to manage your registration. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time, and every email carries a link to do so. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, we also collect data about your visit, through the services listed in the Cookie Policy. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms, hosted by Netlify, and may be transferred to servers outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and, if you register, for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes. If you do not go ahead with a registration, we keep the data for as long as we remain in contact with you about future editions. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we delete it then.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the means given at the end of this page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
